Can I modify an order I’ve already placed?
You can modify your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once your order is shipped, no changes can be made.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days (excluding custom and wholesale orders).
How long will shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7 to 12 business days for you to receive your package.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can track your package in real time.
Returns & After-Sales Service
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns unless the item has a defect or we sent the wrong product. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately.
What if my package is lost?
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We can only guarantee delivery to the address you provide. In case of loss, we will promptly resend your package and initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?

Are there any discounts for subscribing?
Yes, new subscribers can enjoy a 50% discount on the second item. Returning customers can receive a 10% discount.
